It was very exciting for my son to enter a school enviornment, don't get me wrong. My son writes his name, he counts to 20, he sings a ton of cute songs too. So there is a lot to be proud of. Let me start with the good. I love that he has a structured day. He gets to play with other children and even gets recess. I really like his teacher and he is in a great school. He has made friends too. So overall, preschool is a hit. Then there's the bad. Sickness. SO. MUCH. SICKNESS. We have had 3 colds, the flu, and hand foot and mouth disease in a matter of 6 months! Pair that with the yucky winter that gave us a snow day a week for quite a while and it's safe to say he missed a lot of schoo...

Breakfast Crunchwraps- Homemade!

If you have tried the Taco Bell Crunchwraps in the morning, you already know what inspired this. If you haven't. go to Taco Bell first, then try these. They aren't Taco Bell, but they are pretty good. These are semi-homemade. I used simply potatoes hash browns. For those of you who have time to make them fresh, I'm sure they would be even better. Ingredients. 1 sausage patty/or 2 slices of bacon 1 egg - scrambled 1 serving of simply potatoes hash browns (or make your own) cheddar cheese queso+salsa dip Brown the sausage and potatoes first (they take the longest) make your scrambled egg Get a tortilla (I use the burrito size ones for mine) Then assemble. I put the hash browns first, then sauce so the sausage stays, then sausage, egg and top with shredded cheese.  Fold and brown each side ENJOY!!  Do you like this recipe? Share it!
